Ivan Machiz, Realtor ®

Ivan Machiz has been working with John Bailey as a client, and an investor for almost a decade. First buying foreclosure property at auction, then on the open market, it was a natural evolution that Ivan would become an agent and Realtor then ultimately joining the John Bailey Realty team. Ivan is a member of the Georgia Board of Realtors® and holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. His two children are both fluent in Mandarin Chinese thanks to his wife, born in Beijing, and as a family the Machiz’ love exploring all that Georgia has to offer, from gorgeous hiking trails in the North GA mountains, to the more local in-town fair of entertainment and unique dining.
