John Bailey is the Owner and Principal Broker of John Bailey Realty. Since founding the firm in 2003, he has grown it into a leading Real Estate and Property Management company serving Atlanta and St. Simons Island, facilitating more than $350 Million in real estate transactions. The company is known for its exceptional client service, high client retention, and strong referral network. In 2025, John expanded the firm’s capabilities by launching a Commercial Real Estate division to better serve buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
Throughout his career, John has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and delivering results. He believes that strong relationships, clear communication, and putting people first are the foundation of long-term success.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with Jordan, their son John Jr., and their two Goldendoodles, Palmer and Piper. He also enjoys building and renovating homes, reading, discovering new restaurants, playing tennis, and supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Georgia.
