Please help us welcome Ivan Machiz to the John Bailey Team! We are excited to expand our work family and provide our clients superb service and industry knowledge, with Ivan's help.

A little about Ivan -- he has been working with John Bailey as a client, and an investor for almost a decade. As a member of the John Bailey Team Ivan brings a wealth of knowledge about the Alpharetta real estate market, as him and his family call Milton home.

Ivan’s passion for the real estate industry was born from his decade of experience as an First buying foreclosure property at auction, then on the open market, it was a natural evolution that Ivan would become an agent and Realtor ultimately joining the John Bailey Team.  As a landlord, he manages several properties for his personal portfolio. As an investor, he finds great properties that others have missed, and prepares them for sale for families looking for a beautiful, safe home or for other savvy investors looking to better their own portfolio.

A member of the Georgia Board of Realtors®, Ivan holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.  His two children are both fluent in Mandarin Chinese thanks to his wife, born in Beijing, and as a family the Machiz’ love exploring all that Georgia has to offer, from gorgeous hiking trails in the North GA mountains, to the more local in-town fair of entertainment and unique dining.  Ivan looks forward to discussing your real estate goals and putting his experience and all the resources of the John Bailey team to work for you.
